Anthurium crystallinum ‘Red’ is a stunning twist on the classic species, known for its velvety, heart-shaped leaves and striking reddish undertones. Unlike the standard green crystallinum, this variety features new foliage that emerges in shades of coppery red before maturing to deep green, all while maintaining the signature silver-white veins that make this species so iconic.
Native to Central and South American rainforests, this velvet aroid prefers bright, indirect light, high humidity, and a chunky, well-draining substrate. As it matures, its rich texture and eye-catching coloration make it a true showpiece in any rare plant collection.
